What are some of your favorite video game tracks
I got really odd ones from old school games but these are the ones that stick out the most to me through my childhood and some current.
Vandals Heart Intro song
Kenshi (these ones are fantastic)
Phantasu star (One of the few games where you can play as your child..got the kynseed generation thing going on) I like this comment in particular
Three generations of pain, suffering, death, genocide, etc. And your fate, your father's fate, and your grandfather's fate had been planned from the very beginning...They don't make games like this anymore.
so whats your favorite gaming tracks?

I listen to video game music more than anything to be honest, so I have a lot of favorites. OSTs are my life, haha.
Radiata Stories - Outsiders
This game's music is second to none. Playful and fun, dark and miserably haunting, the music makes the story. It was impossible to pick one single song to justify the entire game. Just impossible. So here's the theme to one of my favorite places~

Final Fantasy VIII - Eyes on me
Um... spoilers? Final fanyasys almost always have a romance at their central core, but the history of this song isn't so straight forward as it wasn't made (in game) for the main love story. ♥️

Final Fantast XV Kingsglave - Calling for Rain
A very vibrant song. Kingsglave was the movie and not the game but I think it still qualifies. My love for this song cannot be overstated.

Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core - Price of Freedom
An array of string instruments tell a story.

Wakfu - Casa de Pandora
Easily my favorite MMO. Delightfully playful music~

Wild Arms - Into the Wild
This game. This game. If you have not played this game I HIGHLY recommend it. It came out about the same time as a major FF hit so it got swept under the rug. It shouldn't have. This is the wistful intro~

Wild Arms - Wh-What!?
A character theme. It should speak volumes for his personality, haha! If you ever play, don't forget to check everywhere you've ever been before ending the game. You won't regret it.

Undertale - Bonetrousle
There's a huge fan base for this game and who can blame them with it's wonderful music!

Jak II - Armed at the Mountain Temple
Jack and Daxter games (inonly played 1-3) had wonderfully immersive music, usually subtle ambiance that reacted fluidly with your gameplay.

Rogue Galaxy - Planet Zerard
I still haven't beat this game (life keeps interfering) but I love the music!

Okay, I admit, this may have gotten out of hand. Sorry for the very long post but I love video game music.
I can't wait for Kynseed's soundtrack! 💚

Found myself listening to this bad boy of an Orchestra recently! Seriously the composing for the Kingdom Hearts series is astounding and I love how it can capture the magic of crossing the different atmospheres and feelings of both Square Enix and Disney!

Love the Phantasy Star one, sounds great.
Two of my favorites are from games I grew up with, used to play them together with my older brother since I was around 4-5.
Firstly:
And secondly(admittedly it's more entertaining in an amusing way then great music, but like I said, grew up with this and as a 4-5 year old kid this was freaking amazing!):

Fairly recent news has got me reliving this soundtrack.
I just really hope it gets ported to PC like crash is so I don't have to shell out a ps4 for a copy of the remaster

I like a lot of older game music, but my favorite soundtracks are from Nier (both games), but another game I have an attachment to the music of is Shadow of the Colossus.
I have a hard time picking a favorite individual song but maybe either Emil (Sacrifice) from Nier and The Sunlit Earth from SotC!
