Twin Brother

Hey all,

I have only played for several hours, so no spoilers please. I just got the Kynseed, and saw my twin brother after being missing for years. He said something about meeting him in town before he left. I spent the day looking for him and could not find him and was baffled that there was not a quest to help locate him. Are you supposed to be able to talk to him on that first day while it is your birthdays? and if so where?

Feel like it should be clearer if this is or is not possible or if the game creates an optional special quests to help you find him.

I did it from the male w/ sister perspective, and she was in the fairgrounds/market square south of town (whatever it's called, haven't played in about three weeks). There wasn't much you missed out on. I gave her a gift she loved and haven't seen her again. I couldn't spoil anything even if I wanted to as it's not really fleshed out yet.
