I've been having mouse problems lately. Sadly, it's likely time to replace the little fella because of the "double click disease".
That being said, I fired up the game and went to go load my save, but my mouse erroneously clicked on "New Game". And then I realized...
There's no "back" button from that menu!
Not a big deal, I just closed the game and restarted it, but a menu button to back out there would be handy.
