Well I am so mesmerized by the game design so far - not to mention I am more forgiving that most LOL, That sometimes I over look a lot of bugs, unless they are really unruly. This one seems to be one such bug, I noticed at the beginning - and through out there are many RMB/LMB mix ups. it says LMB when it wants LMB. Easy to figure out, but a lil buggy none the less.

With the noticed issue (of UI prompts not quite matching up). As the game has gone through an evolution over time in expanding in scope and menus (also kb+m controls got looked into later along and then took a backseat to content for a while) there's definitely some rough edges to iron out. Gradually we hope to sort that out so hopefully it'll improve on that aspect over the next month or two as the more serious issues are resolved and eventually a unified approach should exist for the UI that'll take into account custom keybindings too!
all good, like I said, I am pretty forgiving on bugs, unless they are like a cockroach or something. It is not to hard to adapt the L/R click. if one don't work do the other, but that alone in some place can be a game to LOL. anyways - no worry's... we're all gamers, we adapt heheh.
