Deleted threads
As of now, when you mods delete a thread it still stays in the subforum.
It is shown as deleted but it's still there. I think that's a bit annoying.
What I saw on some bigger forums is, that there's usually a trash subforum somewhere, where all the deleted threads get moved to. Only the staff members can see these threads though.
That way the threads get deleted but the staff can still see which thread was deleted when, kinda like an archive.
It's no big thing but it's a little bit annoying for me, personally, and I just wanted to get that out there. ;)

Whoops - thanks for the heads up. Those threads are usually supposed to be hidden but I accidentally had a permissions setting enabled for members so that they could see previously deleted threads. All sorted now. :)
Gonna also be enabling reCAPTCHA on registrations this week so that should take care of the any additional spam attempts.

reCAPTCHA 2 is now installed and working! That should take care of most spam attempts - Google's reCAPTCHA is pretty solid these days. Never say never, of course, but it should be generally smooth sailing now. Sorry robots. :robot:
